VIETRI offers standard and second day expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping outside of the Continental US does not apply for standard rate shipping. A handling fee of $4.95 is added to all International orders in addition to shipping charges.

VIETRI offers Standard and Second Day shipping options within the Continental U.S.. Standard delivery should arrive within 7-10 days depending on your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within three days. VIETRI does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. 

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order and to freight charges in accordance with individual, local regulations. An additional handling fee is charged to International orders. We take great care when packaging our handcrafted items and do everything we can to ensure that your package will arrive at your home safely. This often requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. If your package does arrive damaged, please visit our Returns Center to process an exchange or refund. VIETRI requires a photo of any damaged or defective items.

Back Orders
When shopping on our site, you may encounter items that are not available for immediate ship. In this case, we provide an expected ship date. You can add these items to your gift registry, sign up for a back in stock notification, or for certain items, you can pre-order. If you choose to pre-order, you will be charged for the item upon completion of your order, and we will ship in stock items as soon as possible; items not currently in stock will ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. If you need items immediately, please check our V-tailer partners, or visit our Store Locator for a store near you - they just may have the item you need! Returns & Exchanges Policy

VIETRI offers a 30-day return window for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products, with a full refund (less shipping). After 30 days, returns are eligible for exchange or store credit with proof of purchase. All outlet items are final sale and non-returnable. Items purchased from www.vietrishop.com cannot be returned to a VIETRI retailer, they must be returned directly to VIETRI.

To return an item, please visit our Returns Center.

 Return Instructions:

  • Pack the item carefully, keeping all original materials to receive full credit.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus original and return shipping costs) within 1-2 billing cycles.

 Return Policy Breakdown:

  • With Proof of Purchase: Return within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange. After 30 days, returns are for exchange or store credit only.

  • Without Proof of Purchase: Return within 90 days for exchange or store credit at the current selling price.

  • Damaged/Defective/Mis-Shipped Items: Submit a return request with a photo of the damaged item. If approved, a pre-paid return shipping label will be issued.

  • Refusals: Refused shipments will be credited minus outgoing and return shipping costs.

  • Order Cancellation: Once processed, orders cannot be canceled. For backordered items, contact [email protected] or call 919-245-4180 (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM EST).

  • Outlet purchases: All online Outlet and in-store Outlet Store purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible to return.
